2026 HONEY DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY

2025 Extraction #6A - 7/4/25: STILL AVAILABLE This is a darker version of Extraction #6; it has a slight earthy flavor with a hint of molasses and anise. Some have said it has a very distinct Chicory-type flavor.
2025 Extraction #7 - 7/12/25: STILL AVAILABLE This very dark honey has a hint of extraction #6's characteristics, but is much thicker and has a stronger, almost tangy tone with hints of molassass and/or black licorace. We have had a lot of people calling it "savory". It is a must-have for our friends who truly enjoy earthy honey! Several of our friends from the Middle-East (Saudi, Yemen...) have said that this extraction is very similar to the honey they get back home. We now call this our Savory Sweet.
2025 Extraction #8 - 8/13/25: STILL AVAILABLE This very dark honey has a very unique flavor. It is very thick and has a strong taste that a lot of people prefer over extraction #7. Though the "sugar" content is like all the other honeys, this one really hides the sweetness so we have given this one the name Savory non-Sweet.
NOTES: Extractions #7 and #8 are also known as our Spotted Lanternfly Honey or Forest Honey. This is the very honey that scientists in 2024 determined had health benefits that outweigh the health benefits of Manuka honey.
