Extraction #3 (Catoctin Beach Farm apiary) - 5/11/24: OUT OF STOCK This honey is very light in color and probably one of the best ones to use in expensive tea. It has a light floral flavor that won't disrupt the flavor of whatever it is used with. What sets this one apart from the others is that it is one of the sweetest tasting honeys we've ever tasted, making it a perfect sweetner. It's also great in coffee.

Extraction #7 - 6/1/24: Virginia State Fair 1st Place - 9/26/24 OUT OF STOCK With this honey we finally start to delve into our amber-colored honey season. This one takes on a slight taste that reminds you of the honey you grew up with, but still has that local honey quality and appeal.
Extraction #8 (Catoctin Beach Farm apiary) - 6/3/24: Loudoun County Fair 1st Place - 7/27/24 OUT OF STOCK This honey is deep orange-yellow and has a distinct fruitiness with a little bit of floral flare. It's sweetness is undeniable, making it another great one for your morning toast.
Extraction #9 - 6/8/24: Virginia State Fair 2st Place - 9/26/24 OUT OF STOCK Another great one!!! This dark amber honey is well grounded; it has a slightly earthy flavor with a hint of floral afternotes. Although sweet, its sweetness is not overbearing, making it a nice compliment on fresh fruit.
EXTRACTION #10 - 6/28/24: OUT OF STOCK This is not a floral honey, rather it boasts an Earthy essence and is a deep dark, rich honey that has a slightly hidden sweetness.
EXTRACTION #11 (Catoctin Beach Farm apiary) - 7/1/24: OUT OF STOCK This honey is a slightly darker version of Extraction #8 (which is now out of stock) as it has a fruitiness that will leave you feeling like you just ate peaches.
Extraction #12 - SLF Forest Honey 8/31/24: Virginia State Fair 1st Place - 9/26/24 OUT OF STOCK This super-dark forest honey, with origins of the Spotted Lantern Fly and finishing by our honey bees, has a strong taste with a slight smokey flavor. Some experts have stated that this special honey has similar health benefits of Manuka Honey. Please do your research to read up on this honey as it is a unique one to add to your collection. It is excellent for use when BBQing! Our simple Google searches have revealed that most Pennsylvania apiaries have difficulty keeping it in stock. It is a "must-try"!
